Kom och gör fantastiska familjeminnen vid denna vackra fastighet vid sjöens sjö vid Jordan Lake, en sjö pÄ 430 tunnland belÀgen i Lake Odessa, MI. BelÀget bara 40 minuter sydost om Grand Rapids, har hem 4 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum, formell matsal och ligger pÄ en lugn ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd. Med franska dörrar frÄn vardagsrummet som öppnar mot sjön, kÀnner du att du Àr ute Àven om du inte Àr det. Vatten ligger bara 30 meter frÄn huset och har vanligtvis en fin bris Äret runt.

2008 Pontoon-bÄt (passar 10 personer) att hyra - $ 1 000 / vecka.

Sjön har sandbotten och Àr grunt (1-3 fot djup vanligtvis) vid stranden tills cirka 50 fot ut dÀr den sjunker till större djup, perfekt för mindre barn och vuxna som vill flyta och ha kul. Sjön Àr ocksÄ bra för fiske och bÄtliv.

The residence was great, comfy beds, house is fully furnished with functional AC in all but one bedroom. Fishing off the dock was great using nightcrawlers and chunks of hot dogs, our kids catch/release 10/day. Our only disappointment was the add on pontoon rental which had functional motor issues.

We always love staying at this cottage in the summers on the lake! The home is quaint and cozy and spacious enough to fit our family of 5 comfortably! The hosts are always super responsive and accommodating! If you are looking for fishing, relaxation, beautiful sunsets and a great place to make family memories - this is it! :)

Better than expected

This lake house is a hidden gem. Perfectly located between Grand Rapids and East Lansing easy access to main roads. The property is very clean, nicely maintained and decorated.We had a family reunion there, where everyone enjoyed their time, kayaking, barbecuing, having s’mores by the fire overlooking the beautiful sunset by the lake

Wonderful time

Our family had a nice relaxed time and even with lake frozen over the views were wonderful. We even got to see some ice fishers. We are considering coming back in the summer!!!

Great spot!

Being on the water on a nice quiet street in this lovely home was a terrific get away! Ann and Andy were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We loved sitting outside for meals and found the kitchen well equipped and the house warm and inviting.

Great Lakehouse find!

We frequent the lake every year, visiting friends and family. This year, now with three kids, we needed to find our own spacious house on the lake. What a perfect find. We had three adults and three children under six and the accommodations were perfect for our arrangement. The home was inviting and very clean. The water level along the dock was perfect for waiting, swimming, and fishing with small children. All of the neighbors are so friendly! Ann and Andy were always quick to respond and willing to help in any situation. We had such a wonderful stay and created amazing memories with our children. Will be staying again!

Family Get Away

We had an amazing time at the house! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house and property were gorgeous and well equipped. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. We loved this property and made some amazing family memories.

Great place for friends to gather

Six of us stayed and slept comfortably in the home. We were glad we included the pontoon in our stay as we used it to get close to the pair of eagles we spotted on the lake, as well as to get to Dairy Queen! I would recommend the place.

Fantastic

This lake house and property was clean, charming, spacious, comfortable and had all you needed. We just left after a three night stay with six adults and two children (one baby). We brought all of our baby gear and items to keep our other child entertained, but the hosts have lots of essentials if needed (pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, toys, games, art supplies, etc.). The beds were comfy, the air worked great (no air unit in the downstairs bedroom, but we used one of the many fans available to blow in the cool air from the dining room), the kitchen was equipped, the mud room was a great space with lots of storage, outside dining area was perfect as well as the back deck for taking in the view. My son and husband had the best time fishing off the dock and swimming in the shallow water. We didn’t take advantage of the boat, but looked like a lovely, quiet lake for a boat ride. Lake Odessa is a cute town as well. We went to the local ice cream shoppe and played at the super cool park. We would highly recommend this home/property/town and wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you!

Family Gathering

We had family flying in from NJ, TN and driving up from OH to attend our fathers/grandfathers funeral. It was a pleasant surprise to find a nice place in Lake Odessa that could accommodate our entire family so we could all be under one roof! (Another surprise: This house use to belong to my husbands Aunt and Uncle! Small world!)

Couldn't ask for more. Comfortable bed, very clean. Perfect view of the lake. Quiet dead end streets close to town, but not busy.

Birthday weekend and Game Day

So it was my birthday weekend and also the Michigan State and Michigan game . The home was so amazing clean and such beautiful view quite and Peaceful . I wish we could have stayed longer and it was only about 45min from the campus and to make it even better Michigan State won the game go green . I will most definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in peaceful quiet place with beautiful view. 😍😍😍
