“Hotel was run down, shower was leaking every time I used it. The hallways smelled like smoke. I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. “I arrived at the hotel already feeling a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but I wanted to give it a fair chance and make up my own mind. At check-in, the staff member (who was dressed in casual street clothes rather than a hotel uniform) was very friendly and helpful. “This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.”

“Allt precis som beskrivningen, dock var ACn på Max när vi checkade in vilket gjorde att det var iskallt i rummet. Tog en bra stund innan vi fick uppvärmt sängarna så barnen kunde gå och lägga sig. “The staff was very friendly, but after checking into our room it was very warm. We turned down the thermostat and left for a few hours, after coming back it was still hot in the room. They switched our room with no issue, but we booked a king size room and were switched to a queen size room. We were also told they weren’t sure if that AC would work either! (Luckily it did).
