This house offers lots of outdoor space to suit everyone's preference: sun, shade, screened-in areas, and even a fire pit by the water's edge. The top deck offers a gas grill with comfy casual seating. The middle deck is screened in and has a dining table for 8. The lower level deck has an area for sunbathing, covered lounge seating, and a fantastic martini bar behind two large sliding doors.
Splash N Play: Swimming is fun off the private dock in this quiet, no-wake, deep cove. Don't have a boat? The nearby marina rents boats and personal watercraft (wave runners).
INSIDE
The newly renovated interior offers space for everyone. The front door is walk-in level, and it is easy to access with only two steps up from the garage or parking area.
When you walk in, you are greeted with fantastic lake views. Giant 12-foot sliding doors open to the upper deck. The top level has an open floor plan with a dining and living space with a TV, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Captain's Quarters is off to the side and offers fantastic views. It has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large jetted tub, and a large walk-in closet with a full-size washer/dryer.

Ample windows keep the lower level bright and airy. It offers a kitchenette, TV area, eating/game table, and a second laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. One sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. The living area walks out to the screened-in deck with a dining table for 8.
The other two bedrooms and the third bathroom with tub/shower combo are in the hall. Admiral Quarter's #2 has a stunning lakeside view and includes a King-size bed, dresser, closet, and a door to the screened-in deck. Skipper Quarter's #3 has two twin beds, a dresser, and a large mirrored wardrobe.
All levels have access to the lake/dock.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, flatware, plasticware, and even grilling utensils are provided. Coffee is provided, but guests should expect to bring all other cooking spices and condiments.
All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers. Beach towels and a large cooler were also provided.
