Vill du bli våt? Vi har en privat båtbrygga med badplattform så att du kan njuta av vattnet ute på sjön eller precis vid hemmet. Viken är djup och skyddad så känn dig fri att layouta och simma direkt utanför bryggan. Om du vill prova båtliv finns det flera båtuthyrningar i området som kan tillgodose dina behov!

Känns som att ta ute utomhus men inte komma i vattnet? Inga problem, ett fullt möblerat martini-däck, sittdäck och ett privat däck utanför sovrummet garanterar gott om utrymme att slappna av.

This home worked really well for us. We had plenty of room for our family of 7, and the amenities really fit our needs. The location of the house, both on the water for swimming and kayaking, and its proximity to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining, was very convenient.

4th of July get together

We had a great time hanging out on your dock and playing in the lake. Your neighbor had his grandkids over so our grandkids and theirs we able to play together. This was very nice. The house was perfect for our needs.

Be sure to take pictures!!

This place was not cleaned very well. After our stay, they charged us for a comforter stain that was there when we arrived. Both my husband and I noticed and said we should have taken a picture, but neither of us did. When we first arrived, there was not a square of toilet paper in the house. I know to always take stock as I may need to purchase more for our week visit, but was shocked when there wasn’t even a partial roll. I didn’t contact the owner as I was going to the store anyway. The first night, I went to do dishes and the dish washer was disgusting. I did several vinegar washes, still not great but better. The kitchen drain was backing up, there is dripping water in the lower bathroom. The place just needs a lot of TLC and seems to have been neglected. The location is great!! The dock was amazing. Honestly, I was going to let the cleanliness go until they charged for the comforter that was stained before we got there.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good time - the place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several good-sized catfish. The kayaks were cool, and they had a lily pad but we had brought our own big raft so we didn't use that. Life jackets are provided which was nice. Used the grill and the fire pit a couple of times. Be prepared for the driveway and the stairs to the dock lol. Overall very nice and we would stay again.

Overall great location and the house fulfilled our needs for the weekend. It has your basic necessities, like hand soap, dish soap, and towels, but they don’t offer shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We brought our own shampoo & conditioner but assumed they had provided basic bath soaps like most rental properties do. The house was also very dusty and not very clean. Food debris left in the sink and the cooler they offer had standing water in it and mold growing so it smelt really bad. Again, great location and on the water, but we spent a lot of time at the house and wished it would’ve been kept up a bit better.

A nice little house that has just what a family needs to get that vacation vibe.

Must be able to handle stairs! Lots to get to the water. The private dock was perfect for the kids in our group to swim and splash. Even on a hot, sunny Father's Day weekend, there was very little boat or even human traffic. Meanwhile, the adults could sit in the shaded Adirondack chairs and stay dry. We didn't bring a boat, but this place had the perfect setup for kayaks and SUPs. This isn't the newest, nicest house on the cove, but it has 3 queen bedrooms with access to both sides of all the beds. TVs in all bedrooms, but we couldn't find the remote for one. The layout has the living room sofa secluded on the lower level from the bedrooms. This made for a semi-private bed for one. The kitchen seemed well equipped. However we would have liked a crock pot. The worst part IMO was the steep driveway and steps. But I think those challenges come with the hilly terrain. Thank you! Would stay again.

Great family time at the lake!

Comfortable home in an awesome cove with a nice swim dock! Loved having use of kayaks, lily pad and floats. Friendly neighbors, lots of fish and plenty of opportunity for fun! Pillows could use to be replaced and just FYI that the parking is one way in/out so you have to back in or out which isn’t super problematic, just good to know.

Overall the house was nice, a few things in the house need some update. The sliding door was pretty hard to open and close. Dock was nice, more reclining lounge chairs would be nice. Quiet cove.

Nice Place to Spend an Ozarks Weekend

The house is nice and as described. It's located near the dam with easy access to downtown Lake Ozark, grocery stores, etc. We had a great time with the exception of one neighbor who gave us a hard time about parking, even though multiple other vehicles were parked in the same manner on the same street. Everything with the house was very good.

Fun weekend away

This property was exactly as it stated in the listing. It was spacious enough for a family of 4 with teenage kids and two of their friends. It was dog friendly and had awesome access to the lake and a nice deck to enjoy. We may have been the first visitors of the season as we did have to clean the deck of cobwebs and leaves. Overall great place in a great location.

Beautiful property

My family and I had a wonderful stay! I feel like the house was better than the pictures showed. It was very clean, and welcoming. We loved the easy dock access, and great fishing. It was also easy to dock our boat. The boat ramp was near by and convenient! We will definitely be staying again.

Great swim cove.

We enjoyed staying here. Activities and shops are nearby. House is comfortable and is nice having bedrooms upstairs apart from the living quarters. Celeste was kind and accommodating.
