Lugn vatten Cove! Lakeside Family Home! 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, 10 sovplatser!

Nyrenoverade, 3 sovrum hem, perfekt för semester och familjesemester.

Lugn Water Cove ligger på MM 2 nära Bagnell Dam i Lake Ozark, MO i en lugn vik några minuter från remsan. Mindre än tio minuter från ett utbud av restauranger, nöjen, shopping, minigolf och Go-Karts. Designad med familjer i åtanke. Fem kajaker (en ungdomskajak), Lily pad, öppen spis, WiFi och parkering för tre fordon.

Stort sovrum med king size-säng och dra ut drottning bäddsoffa, 4 sovplatser. Sovrummet har nyligen ombyggda badrum. Uteplatsdörr leder till en stor balkong med fantastisk utsikt över sjön och sittplatser för avkoppling.

2: a sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en altandörr till balkongen.

3: e sovrummet har en queen size-säng och våningssängar, ligger också på översta våningen. 4 sovplatser.

En andra bad / dusch combo ligger också på övervåningen.

Huvudnivån har en öppen planlösning för underhållande, njut av eldstaden och en 55 tums tv. Matsalbordet sitter 8 och en frukostbar levererar extra sittplatser. Köket har alla nya apparater, gott om förvaring och ett stort prep och serveringsområde.

Huvudnivån har bad / dusch combo.

Tvättstuga har en front tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ligger på huvudnivån. Det finns också en strykbräda och strykjärn vid behov.

Utanför de franska dörrarna på huvudnivån finns en Blackstone grill och uteplats med plats för 6. Martini-däcket, mellan huset och bryggan, har extra sittplatser.

Lugn Water Cove har tre nivåer av sittplatser för din grupp för att dra nytta av sjön!

Dock har 2 -10x24 glider för din båt om det behövs (ingen hiss). Båtramp finns över huvudviken vid Point Randall. Det finns 5 kajaker, float leksaker, Lily pad för att koppla av och spela, och 2 schäslonger. Badplattformen har ez steg stege. Njut av bra fiske från bryggan, simning och kajakpaddling. Koppla av med en kall drink, mata ankor, båt, fisk, simma och kom ihåg flytvästar för de små!

My family and I had the best time! This is our 3rd year going to the lake & this was our favorite property by far. Location was amazing & it had so many amenities! The only thing I will add is if you are renting a boat (especially a pontoon with a canopy) pay attention to the dimensions of the slip to make sure the boat will fit! Our boat was too tall and we had some issues until we figured out how to put down the canopy. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Accommodations

My family of 9 had a wonderful getaway at this well furnished home. Great location! We rented a boat from Port Randall which was only an 8 minute drive by car and very close by water. The paddle boards and kayaks were used by all. We had such a wonderful dock day that we opted to stay in for dinner and grill at the house. Another bonus of this property. The interior has beautiful decor and comfortable mattresses. We definitely would choose this rental again.

Nice getaway at the lake

Very cute house right on the lake. Loved the private dock, lily pad, kayaks, and floaties for the kids. The adults enjoyed the patio and decks for relaxing. The host thought of everything a family could want.

Amazing week with friends

I can’t say enough good things about Calm Water Cove. The house is beautifully decorated, amazingly stocked and extremely comfortable. The dock is so much fun and has plenty of toys to keep you occupied. Even the ducks and deer are friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Ozark lake house

Perfect spot if you’re looking for a place right on the water that is private and comes with all the toys. The three bed and three bath combo is really convenient and overall it’s just a really nice set up!

Perfect Lake Life Vacation!

Beautiful home on quiet cove perfect for our family with teenagers and 5 year old. Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards and floating toys to play in the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfy.

Calm Water Cove Vacation Home

2024 ! We had the best vacation here again with our family! Everyone had the best time swimming, kayaking, and catching lots of fish off the dock! This lake home is cozy, comfortable and has so many amenities that we feel truly spoiled to just stay there as a family and have fun together. Amazing Stay

This place was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, welcoming, and provides plenty of things to do from relaxing inside, outside on one of many hangout areas, to activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. You can tell that the owner takes good care of the place and ensures their guests have a great stay. They provide fishing poles, kayaks with life jackets, paddle boats, a grill stocked with propane, a fire pit stocked with firewood, and more for your use as long as you use it responsibly and respectfully. Not many owners go the extra mile to provide this for you but this owner is great. The house is close to many activities that the lake offers such as a couple golf courses right down the road, boat rentals within 10 minutes, go karting, bars, shopping and more all within a quick drive away. The land itself is large and allows for outdoor games such as cornhole. The parking is a little tight but we were able to fit trucks parked at an angle, though it is much better than other properties around the lake. If this house is available, I'd book it because the price is fair and the stay is incredible.

Excellent Stay at Lake of the Ozarks

We loved our stay at this property at Lake of the Ozarks. The house had everything we needed and the water activities available on the dock were an added bonus. We stayed here with extended family and everyone had a great time. We hope to go back.
