Detta hem är beläget i en stor vik och har ett extra stort däck med gott om sittplatser, inklusive ett martini-område och en privat brygga med en 10 x 30 täckt slip och en badplattform. Två nivåer med sovrummen på övre entréplanet och köket matsal och vardagsrum på nedre nivå. Tre sovrum, två och ett halvt badrum, komplett kök, två matplatser och bar med total sittplats för Teak Village 3 ligger utanför Bittersweet Road på Horseshoe Bend Parkway och vid vatten på 8 mil.

Denna 3 sovrum 2. 5 bad waterfront hem har en extra stor däck med gott om sittplatser inklusive ett martini-område och gasgrill. Ta med båten eftersom detta hem kommer med en privat brygga med en 10 x 30 slip och stor badplattform. Sovrummet har en Queen size-säng, litet däck, platt-TV och ett privat badrum. De två andra sovrummen har queen-size sängar och platt-tv ... Njut av att äta middag eller spela spel i detta hem med två 6 toppbord och 4 barstolar. Stort vardagsrum har 2 soffor i full storlek, kök, stor platt-TV och öppen spis. Behöver du mer utrymme? Vi har ett annat hem (Teak 1) i närheten som tillåter att sova för totalt 20 personer! Vad sägs om att få en familjeåterförening eller träffa ett par andra familjer.

The house was neat and clean-well stocked. Patio was well shaded which allowed us to sit out most of the time. Everyone liked the house-had a great time.

Great place

House is clean and spacious. Deck, boat slip and swimming dock are easy to use. We like the location as it is close to the places we want to be. Definitely would like to book again if we return to the same area next time!

2nd time here

This was our second time staying here. Fishing was great. Dock was in a great spot. Walking to H Toads is a 2 min walk. Will come here again.

Wonderful location

Great location, outdoor space is wonderfully shaded all day. Dock was safe and in great shape. Walking distance to amenities. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

Location!

The kitchen was awesome in size. Wish it had an airfryer. Boat dock for rental was perfect. Outside seating was spacious and the views were awesome. Branches could be trimmed for better view from top deck. We would stay again.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was lovely, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were SUPER helpful and accommodating. We trailered our antique boat down from Michigan, and it was really great to have the dock and slip available for her safe harbor and ease of access.

Great spot!

Everything was smooth with this rental. The home is super functional, is a nice layout, and is clean and comfortable. The decks and pier are huge and provide lovely viewing. There is always something to look at! :) There is some grassy area helpful if you are bringing your dog like we did. Two states parks nearby and short walk to nightlife if that's your thing. This is on a nice cove. Overall very happy with our experience! Thanks so much!!

Great Stay

Peaceful Stay and Great Spot

Overall this property was ok. The house is older and outdated. The refrigerator handle was pretty bad. Needs replaced. The carpet held the previous renters pet hair in very well and the place had an overall unpleasant smell. Other than those issues the place was great.

Quiet Family Thanksgiving

Since it was off season the area was nice and quiet. We did not get to enjoy the nice size decks and dock. The house could use some updates. We had a learning curve using the retro microwave. The guest beds were definitely the worst we have ever experienced, 4 nights of sleeping on them was horrible. We would only stay again if they replace the mattresses. We had plenty of room for us to hang out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Prior to our travel days, communication with the property manager was efficient and professional. Upon arrival, the location was great and the house was clean and very nice, as promised. Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back.

Family Fun in the Ozarks

This property was perfect for our family of 10. The living space and kitchen had all the supplies to accommodate our party. The back deck had the most amazing view of the lake and the dock was spacious with plenty of room for chairs and our lake toys. I had called the property manager prior to coming and they were very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to prepare for our trip. Great experience throughout and will look into going through them again when we come back!

Great Lake Vacation!

This property was everything we hoped it would be for our family vacation (including our dog). The house was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and the dock area perfect for sunning, setting up chairs to read and having evening cocktails waiting for the sunset. A lovely experience all around!

Clean but very dated

Straight out of the 1970’s, this home looked as if the owners were milking it for all the rent money they could get. Great location and sizable property, but in serious need of updating. First day there the hot water heater went out. Fixed later that afternoon, 12 guests didn’t get showers until the evening. Upon setting up for sleeping (it really does not accommodate 12 very well), found one sleeper sofa to be broken and unusable. Deck was reasonable, but could use a good power wash and paint. Dock had only a small umbrella for shade and hammock rope broke on day one (it was dry rotted). Dock was the original from the 1980’s when the property was built. Kitchen was large and there were two dining tables to accommodate a large group. There were plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The microwave should be donated to the Smithsonian as I think it was the first one ever made. Overall, everything was “OK.” But, I would have rather had better than “OK” for my guests who traveled from Arizona, Colorado and Kansas to spend the week with us at the lake.
