Arts & Crafts Classic Home: 3 sovrum, 8 sovplatser, AC, i stan, husdjursvänligt!

Ett unikt 2-familj Classic & Classic klassiskt hem Denna notering är för den "lägre nivån" eller nere bara med 3 sovrum, 3, 5 badrum, 8 sovplatser och är helt separat från "övre plan", som finns i en separat notering på VRBO (nummer 1316337), liksom hela hemmet (nummer 155078)!

Vår unika och avancerade tidiga 1900-talets "klassiska arkitekturhem" är konsthus med två hus ner från Crowne Plaza Hotel och gångavstånd till Main Street i Lake Placid för bra shopping och middagar vid stranden av orörda Mirror Lake. Vi är också inom gångavstånd från start och slut på Ironman. Vårt hem totalrenoverades och med stor omsorg ges till varje detalj och i linje med det ursprungliga temat och stilen. Från den väl genomtänkta Adirondack-inredningen till radianvärmen, välvda tak, detaljerad målning och privata badrum.

Denna bottenvåning eller lägre nivå har tre sovrum (kung, drottning, drottning) och kompletta privata badrum i vardera plus ett halvt bad samt och ett stängt familjerum med bäddsoffa, AC, skrivbord, TV och sover ytterligare 2. Det finns gott om garderob och en TV i varje sovrum samt ett stort underhållningssystem i vardagsrummet och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns stora fönster överallt och varje rum är unikt målade med några som har radianvärme. Köket är högt och öppet med allt du behöver för att familjen och vännerna kommer ihop. Vår matplats sitter åtta plus vi har en privat uteplats att njuta av med bord, stolar och stor gasgrill.

Varje nivå har sitt eget separata våning, har egen ingång och är 2000 kvadratmeter. Huset kan också rymma upp till åtta bilar för bra off street parkering.

För alla er Ironmen och Ironwomen, det finns många bra åkattraktioner och kör rakt ut ytterdörren och med Mirror Lake, stranden och tennisbanorna cirka fem minuters promenad över.

This house was absolutely great ! The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere in town or to the beach from there. It is very well appointed and the owner was particularly helpful when we had a question about a window missing a shade. We would definitely come back another year.

Mini Family Vacation

Despite the cold/rainy weather, we had a wonderful weekend vacation. The host Rudy was great to work with, giving us lots of suggestions for indoor activities and restaurants. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus! We'll be back in the future.

Winter Getaway

We came to Lake Placid for our first time to ski/snowboard Whiteface, skate on the lake, see the town and visit the Olympic venues. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The house was absolutely gorgeous and more than i was even hoping for. Beautifully updated, open concept living room/kitchen but also large enough to offer some privacy and space for our in laws. I would definitely love to stay here again, we were all sad to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping to make our trip perfect!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was unbeatable--close enough to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, but far away enough to enjoy quiet time on the front porch. The house was large, clean, and bright, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would absolutely recommend this rental.

Perfect Family Getaway

My partner and I have both spent a lot of time in Lake Placid before we were together. This was the first time coming back since we started a family and this house was the perfect place to do that. There are essentially 2 primary suites with another bathroom in the third bedroom and a half bath in the laundry room, which we used! It should also be noted that the washer/dryer are top of the line. The fourth room was the perfect play room for the kids and then converted to their bedroom at the end of the day with the pull out couch. The grill is was huge and fully functional and the kitchen island/dining room table was actually awesome for keeping messy kid eaters contained. Everything worked as it should have and was exceptionally clean. Parking is easy...Yes, there is a pretty steep hill when you are coming back from town, but we brought a stroller and it did not hinder the experience at all. This home is a gem and we hope to stay here in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful house & a great location!

Having 3 bedrooms all with a bathroom was perfect for our family of seven. The large kitchen & table was also a plus for a large group. It is a great location that made it easy to get to anywhere in Lake Placid! We enjoyed our stay here!

Very good location to walk to areas for shopping and dining. House was nice but outside areas (front and side porch) were not cleaned off for sitting outside without getting dirty from pollen/dust/dirt possibly after the winter/spring season. Otherwise, overall was a nice stay.

Comfortable, clean, great location.

This place is wonderful. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and pillows are super cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware, grilling utensils, and misc other kitchen items. Nice washer and dryer. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner were provided and very good quality product. The kitchen/living space is bigger than it appears. TVs in each room makes for everyone to be able to wind down and watch their show/movie if necessary. Only a few board games but that was fine for us since we spent a lot of our time hiking/exploring the area. The porch is amazing. Great place to read, have a glass of wine and/or just relax. The location is perfect - just walk down the hill and you are right where all the shopping/restaurants are. Plus the Olympic center is right there. Close drive to putt-putt, the ski jump, VanHoevenberg, grocery stores and so much more. Great communication and recommendations by Rudy! Top class host and place to stay. We would definitely book again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay/experience!!

Lake Placid extra long weekend

We were a family of 8, with adult children. We have stayed in short term rental homes in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the US. This home was very clean and spacious, had all amenities you would need, the host was very responsive. Short walk to Main Street, the Olympic Arena/ Museum and Mirror Lake. Great place to stay.

Lake Placid Weekend

Great stay

Went up with 4 friends to go skiing and we all had plenty of room and space. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and had all that you needed. Perfect getaway to the Adirondacks and the host was very clear with expectations. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing location

We cannot say enough about the house, great location to the hockey rinks as we were there for the Can/Am tournament. The house is well appointed, towels blankets pillows! The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great size. The grill is huge! Communication with the host was immediate, thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Property is extremely convenient to Main St and Grand Adirondack wedding venue. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped to cook and dine in. Hilltop location may challenge pedestrians who are uncomfortable with sloped sidewalks, but we had vehicles and enjoyed walking to take in the views.

Convenient and beautiful

So conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful views. Pretty inside and out! Went for a bachelorette with the girls (5 of us) and it was perfect!
