“Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...

“We all really enjoyed Natalia’s cabin. It was very clean upon arrival. Instructions were made clear for check in and check out. Natalia has great communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. The views were absolutely stunning. The house is set on the lake and it is so beautiful. It’s close to town. 10 minute drive to the downtown shops. 15 to Walmart. The only complaint we had was our Internet service was very slow. “I WISH VRBO HAD BETTER ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AS I'VE TRIED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES TO MATCH MY ACCOUNT. IN ADDITION, I WISH THE HOSTS COULD RATE THE GUESTS SO FUTURE HOSTS CAN SEE HOW GOOD THE GUESTS ARE AS WELL.”
