Of note is that only the bedrooms are air conditioned with small window units (no central AC). There are fans but the common areas were warm in the summer heat during the day. I did not see this mentioned in the property description, but may have missed it. ”

“We enjoyed our week at this beautiful cabin. The porch is the best spot to sit to enjoy the fresh air, quiet, and trees all around (which are so thick, you can barely see the mountains beyond them - but this is the summertime!) It was like being in a treehouse. The cabin was immaculately clean, and we especially liked the large master bathroom which allowed us to spread our things out. “Quiet, private, easy access to the two-lane. Neatest decor, something for all. Kudos to the decorator.Perfect w/partner. Perfect for two, and has a capacity of 4. The tv placement was paramount in ending our day. Creek just outside, pavilion about 20 steps for me, both just right there. Easy booking, funding, and with an indoor bathroom. The Hock rental is not to be missed.”
