âVery bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.â

âI was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they donât do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. â
