“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! “The size of the property is great there are plenty of rooms. I love the Kitchen and Tracy was awesome to work with. The floors could have been mopped before we checked in since it did not seem that they had been. The bathroom in Room 1 was not clean well at all as he toilet brush and bowel was dirty and should be thrown away. The light in the shower has a short and therefore, did not work properly. “This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹”

“The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. “I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open...
