Two caveats - the home is on a fairly busy street, so there was some street noise, but I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me. It's a ways from downtown Seattle - 45 minutes; it's not a terrible drive, but multi-lane interstate with pretty heavy traffic all the time. If most of your plans are in Seattle, it may be a ways. ”

Upon check-in there were several thoughtful little extras: a few snacks, toiletries that may have been forgotten, first aid items, and extra pantry items. “Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
