Välkommen till "Lakehouse at Blackwood Arm"

Magisk utsikt över North Arm där du kommer att bli förtrollad av det inhemska djurlivet och vårdas av vildmarken och naturens skönhet i området.

Vår enstaka, absoluta stuga vid vattnet ligger idealiskt på 90 tunnland lugn inhemsk skog på norra armens övre delar och är en fantastisk privat semestermål!

Blackwood Arm-fastigheten är en avskild gömställe för kustbussar som ligger på de eftertraktade Gippslandsjöarna, sydöstra Victoria. Bara 10 minuter från den populära turistdestinationen Lakes Entrance, 5 minuter från lokala golfbanor, 3 minuter från den regionala flygplatsen och ändå bekvämt nära den orörda 90 Mile Beach.

Lakehouse ligger inom gångavstånd till East Gippsland Rail Trail och Wyanga Park Winery. Som gäst på Lakehouse har du också exklusiv tillgång till den privata bryggan från Blackwood Arm på den lugna norra armen där du kan njuta av kajakpaddling på sjön, en avkopplande picknick på bryggan eller bara släppa in en fiskelinje och testa dina färdigheter mot den lokala fångsten.

Lakehouse är helt fristående. Denna mysiga stuga har 2 sovrum och 1 badrum och kan sova 4 personer bekvämt. Standard sängkläder i Lakehouse är en drottning BED i sovrummet och en dubbelsäng i det andra sovrummet.

Linne, badhanddukar och badhanddukar ingår i din pris per natt, tillsammans med kostnader för din avgång. Vi ber att du lämnar vårt pensionat i ett snyggt skick när du åker.

Observera, eftersom vi är en privat ägare som hyrs direkt till gästen, finns det ingen daglig service av pensionatet under din vistelse, men pensionatet har tvättmöjligheter inklusive tvättmaskin, klädstreck och strykjärn.

Lakehouse har fantastisk 180 graders utsikt över vattnet över norra armen. Den privata balkongen har en uteservering som är fullt utrustad med grill för att säkerställa att du är bekväm medan du gör det bästa av utsikten och njuter av romantiska kvällar och tittar på de fantastiska solnedgångarna.

Beautiful and convenient locale

The house was lovely, the location was serene, peaceful and full of natural beauty. We were able to do lots of wildlife-spotting, and it was only a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. Rhonda is a lovely and thoughtful host; she missed no detail! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and lovely host

Really loved the quiet tranquil location. We were able to enjoy a loveky cheese platter and wine left in the house from Rhonda whilst watching a storm roll by. Rhonda was a lovely host. Was great having a fish from the private jetty.

Beautiful Blackwood Arm Lakehouse

our second time here. Rhonda is a first class host. Cheese board and wine on arrival, Fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The spectacular location the insists on guest returning. A private haven but very accessible to the busy town of Lakes The jetty is wonderful , the views the quiet... My husband who is a bird whatcher saw 64 different species of birds. We love this place....

Peaceful oasis with glorious views and golden light sunsets

Stay here if you want to escape and feel remote without actually being more than 10 minutes from everything you could need. What a fabulous place to recharge with comfortable rooms, wide verandas and views to take your mind away. Highly recommended and Rhonda is a fabulous and witty host.

Rhonda’s home offers a tranquil escape and some much needed peace and quiet. Make sure to head to the secluded little private pier on the river with a glass of wine. The chickens were great company too! Thanks for having us Rhonda.

Beautiful place, peaceful, relaxing spectacular view

We stayed for a week in Rhonda's paradise. My husband is a birdwatcher, he barley had to leave the property and sighted nearly 80 individual species... The house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Rhonda ia an exceptional host; we will be back!

Among the trees

Stunning, very quiet property set amongst the trees with breathtaking views of the lakes. Enjoyed our stay and Rhonda is an excellent host who was made us feel so welcome. Special treat welcomed us with a cheese platter and wine and fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens. The cottahe has everything you need. The balcony is to die for! We had a spectacular morning taking the kayaks from the private jetty and enjoyed the amazing scenery on the river. A great base to explore the Lakes entrance region, not far from town and very private. Highly recommended and we can't wait to be back!

Get into the landscape

A house cleverly designed to take in the view across the valley and low hills. Walk down to the water with a glass of wine on the private jetty, or take your kayak or canoe like we did, for an easy paddle on the waters of Blackwood Arm.

The Host was easy and very welcoming The treats were greatly appreciated. We loved the views of the river. So peaceful. The sunroom was wonderful to read the paper in with comfortable chairs. How's the serenity?

Rhonda could not have been better as a host. We got a call from her on the morning of our departure to check on our estimated arrival time. She welcomed us to the property with great warmth and obvious pride. The fridge was stocked with drinks, supplies, including freshly laid eggs from the hens that we made friends with during our stay. A cheese platter was also provided for us to enjoy while taking in the beautiful position of the property, overlooking the North Arm. The property was very clean on arrival. It contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, particularly enjoying sitting on the deck while reading. The magnificent Gippsland Lakes provide a wide range of activities for visitors and we particularly enjoyed some local walks, including the beautiful Rail Trail.
