“Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors. Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could! Other things to be aware of: You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time. The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved. “It is located close to Kings canyon and a bit far from Sequoia, but not too far. The house is spacious and confortable. The owner is helpful and approachable. Great price. However, the location is far from EV chargers 35 miles.”

“Fantastic getaway - perfect place to stay when visiting Sequoia/Kings National Parks. Easy drive into the parks and the home is lovely and clean, well-equipped and tasteful/fun.
