“The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. “My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson.”

“Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment.
