“I booked suite room 251 and unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working. This meant I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There was a fan but no air conditioning. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and they assured me they were aware and that’s why there was a fan. However when I checked in reception hadn’t mentioned this issue. If they had I would have asked for a smaller room with working air conditioning. This wasn’t great service.”

“Clean but very dated — proceed with caution if you have a dog I have mixed feelings about this stay. On one hand, the room was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the condition of the room was quite poor; the furniture felt like it was sourced from a low-end second-hand shop—battered, cheap, and very old. With peeling paint and a budget mattress, the interior wasn't much to look at, and the exterior was equally grim with weeds everywhere and a generally run-down appearance. That...

“Inga problem att komma sent då de har öppet 24h, frukost serveras från kl 7 men eftersom jag skulle åka kl 6 så ställde de fram frukosten före 6. Jättebra service, helt okej rum men de kunde vara renare och finare. Frukosten består av flingor och rostat bröd.”

“Very convenient place. Many restaurants around. We stayed 3 nights in 2 triple rooms with our teenage children. As the reception was open around the clock, it helped us a lot with late night check in. Kudos to the person on night duty at the reception on all days! He was very service minded. However, cleanliness of the shower room/ bathroom etc were not up to our expectations and they were either rusty or not cleaned/maintained properly!!
