“We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great, the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again . ”

“The Kings suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was useful, as was the separate seating area. The bath in the bedroom was a delight. The candles in the room were a nice touch. The decor was classy. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you”

“Cozy old hotel with a lot of character. Lots of shops nearby. Nice little town. Newly renovated rooms. Restaurant and pub downstairs that serves good food for resonable prices. Downstars there's a lot of the old feeling and character of the building still there, in a good way.”

“We had a very comfortable night's stay. The temperature of the room was perfect all night and the room and bathroom were very clean. The continental buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my needs. We would willingly stay here again.”

“No heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. It´s also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold.”

“Inga problem att komma sent då de har öppet 24h, frukost serveras från kl 7 men eftersom jag skulle åka kl 6 så ställde de fram frukosten före 6. Jättebra service, helt okej rum men de kunde vara renare och finare. Frukosten består av flingor och rostat bröd.”

“Very convenient place. Many restaurants around. We stayed 3 nights in 2 triple rooms with our teenage children. As the reception was open around the clock, it helped us a lot with late night check in. Kudos to the person on night duty at the reception on all days! He was very service minded. However, cleanliness of the shower room/ bathroom etc were not up to our expectations and they were either rusty or not cleaned/maintained properly!! It may not be the fault of the cleaners alone but a...
