“Brett and Karla were great hosts! They were friendly, welcoming, and considerate. I stayed with my son and his young family while we visited other family in the area. We didn't spend much time at the casita during the day, but it was a nice spot for three adults and three small children to sleep.”

“From the check in process to the stay it was a great experience . The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay”

“Wonderful stay! Beautiful property and awesome staff! We would love to come back!”

“Our family of 11 enjoyed this beautiful home for 5 days in July. It was very clean, great amenities, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, furniture was nice and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the outside. The outside had nice seating areas, outside kitchen, and a great pool. The slide was a huge hit for the kids along with a grassy area to play in.I cannot give it 5 stars due to a huge inconvenience for all but one night of our stay. “Great place”

“Definitely a property for a family gathering. Plenty of room for 11 of us to enjoy our long weekend in SD. The house is well stocked with most things needed to stay and play. The sports court, game room and ample yard area made for more things to do and places to relax. Host Sherry was easy and prompt with communication as well. Thank you!”

“Beds were very comfortable.”

“Owner was gracious to let us stay 2 extra hours”

The outside grounds were beautiful,.loved watching all the Hawks flying around, had the pleasure of seeing one up close and personal also..The decor was beautiful. The City of Alpine right down the road. Great restaurant close by. A MUST STAY!!”

“This is our second time to stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home is very clean with comfortable beds. The house and outdoor area are great for relaxing with family and is child friendly. We will be back! ”

“The house was clean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Check in was super smooth. The location was perfect.”

“We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...
