“A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...

“Fantastic apartment (modern, spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds), great location, super professional and friendly staff. Things that could be improved: - better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise - vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciated”

“Very well located, big suites and great staff. My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Clarion Suites.”

“Clean modern room with great view. Nice pool area and gym Would have appreciated Nespresso machine or similar, but on the other hand, they have a very good coffee in the café in the lobby. Overall, very good value for money”

“Such a nice place to stay, room was clean with everthing you need. 1 issue was there was a party happening and we could hear the music from our room. Horrible bass noise that didnt stop till 11pm. Told the front desk they couldnt do anything about it and said they would send up earplugs (we got cotton balls and q tips) not very helpful. So our relaxing night away was kinda ruined. If we were informed that this was happening when we check in I would have canceled the room and went somewhere...

“Great hotel! Service really good. Very nice rooms and good location in SY. We stayed 4 nights with our baby and loved the fact that you have a washing machine in your room.”

“The property was absolutely amazing... front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are not equipped with microwaves and I needed something warmed around midnight and they actually brought a microwave up to my room in the middle of the night. The hospitality was superb. The rooms were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in close proximity to several shops and eateries. I definitely look forward to returning to this property again in the future!!!!”

“Good spacious apartments- a little tired but can’t be beaten for convenience and location”

“Close to tram, busstop and trainstation, great area and a comfy bed. But the linen and towels only get changed every 4-5 days. The daily ”cleaning” is just making the bed. It wasn’t very fresh. Though you get complimentary coffe, tea and milk. It’s thin walls and you here everything. I would say that if you are planning on spending time in the apartments I probably would choose another place BUT if you’re like us just there for sleep it’s ok! You get what you pay for and the staff try to be...

“Amazing value! Great hotel for what you’re paying for. Close to CBD, trams, trains and the Yarra River. We booked a room on a high floor and got an amazing view of the Melbourne skyline. The included breakfast was good as well.”

“Trevlig personal. Toppen läge. Stor rymlig lägenhet med det man behöver”

“Rent, bra bekvämligheter, trevlig personal.”

“Lite mer sorters bröd och pålägg till frukosten, överlag rätt dåligt utbud. ”
