“My family stayed at this rental to view the total solar eclipse. The cottage was perfect for our needs! We appreciated how clean it was, including fresh white fluffy towels. Great WiFi and a comfortable reclining couch in the living area. We were able to walk down to the park for the eclipse viewing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque spot. The whole family from age 3 to 75+ had a wonderful time! Would absolutely stay in this house again. Thank you!”

“This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.”

“The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. “I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.”

“My family came to this property due to it's proximity to Crooked Creek and the ability to bring our 3 dogs with us. It was a great location that was remote, and a Dollar store down the street if you forget anything. Our only complaint was the beds. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. I would also say the master bed could be a queen just for more space. My husband and I tossed and turned all night, which is normal for us to some degree, but we couldn't get comfortable in the bed. “This place was great for a weekend stay. The back is beautiful. It is a very busy river spot in the mornings but the view and the fishing is great! Lots of wildlife. Only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Would stay again.”
