“House was fantastic for our family's lake trip to Bull Shoals. The boat dock was a short walk down from the house. If we come back, we might bring our UTV to make hauling food and coolers easier. “Mitchell’s place is phenomenal, everything inside is well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great size. Space of this cottage was amazing. Features a big open kitchen. Both mini splits were great. Kept the place nice and cool during some of the hottest days of the summer. The parking super easy. HIGHLY recommend. Look forward to staying here again.L!!”

“Perfect for a quick weekend in Cotter. We were in town for the Cotter Bridge Ultra and the home was less than a mile from the starting line.”

“We had a wonderful stay was such a peaceful experience enjoyed watching the cows made it feel like home. Great communication, very clean, the host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would really enjoy staying again as we plan to continue visiting our daughter and her family.”

“What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay!”
