“Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.”

“Grande maison spacieuse, bien décorée et propre. Située au calme en pleine nature avec une vue dégagée magnifique sur la région. Pratique pour visiter la Toscane en voiture ou en train depuis la gare d'Empolie. Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné des conseils pour les visites et les achats pratiques. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.”

“We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips.”

“We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. “Being surrounded by breathtaking views and staying in a top notch apartment made our stay at Monte Casone an absolute dream vacation and have created many good memories. “Best VRBO experience by far. Huge, remodeled (except kitchen) apt. with tall ceilings, big, new windows to bring in the views and keep out the noise. You’ll want to spend much of your time outside on any of the three private terraces. Updated electrical and huge TV a bonus. Our only regret, was I made an error on date when I booked and we had 5 nights instead of 6, my mistake. I would recommend for a couple that can handle stairs and thresholds. “We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!”
