“My wife and I spent 3 relaxing days at this property which was immaculately clean and quiet with a very attentive and personable host (Wendy). The bunkie itself is in excellent shape right on the lake shore and we had full access to all the watercraft and amenities. One of the real highlights was the warm outdoor shower which was a real treat after a day of swimming and kayaking. The bunkie is west-facing so we could enjoy the sunsets every night with a glass of wine. The lake is a bit rocky so...

“Potato island was absolutely perfect for our family, and we had a fun, relaxing week long stay. The cottage is older..rustic but very clean and had everything needed for prepping food. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and we felt so mentally refreshed. The kids swam every day rain or shine, we went canoeing, read books, sat around the camp fire, played games, and the dogs had a blast running around the island. As an owner of three small dogs, this was a huge stress...

“Clean, cozy cottage on the river. Pet friendly and gorgeous historic towns around to discover.Water isn’t ideal for swimming right at the property but walking around the rapids is an experience all its own.Close to Perth, Carlton Place.. well worth the trips.”

“The location was excellent. Daryl was very responsive to all our inquiries. The only thing is that the play structure in the photos was no longer there and we had kids with us. Swimming was good except for the little ones as the shallow side was pretty weedy. Overall all of us loved the place and would recommend it. The fact that there were toys to play with for both adult and children was wonderful and we took advantage of the. Thanks Daryl for being a great host! It was a pleasure.”

“This is our second time back to Casa Blanca & it did not disappoint!!! The cottage is beautiful - spacious, cozy, open, clean - with great views of the lake from every room. Everything is labeled - in the closets & kitchen - which I appreciate! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals every night. The area by the water is perfect - great access to the lake & so peaceful & relaxing!!! Also we loved using the kayaks & paddle boards. Plan on returning.next year ❤️!”
