“The guest house was exactly as pictured. The location was very peaceful and quiet with great views. It is connected to the main house but there were no issues with privacy or noise. Check in was very easy and the house was ready for us when we arrived. The floor in the bathroom needed to be swept (a few dead bugs) but at least they were dead. ;) Other than that, the house was clean and prepared. Very easy check out process as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if group of 4 or less....

“Lovely, quaint & quiet getaway in historic Lancaster County. Just minutes from Sight & Sounds & the PA Railroad Museum. Hosts were very attentive, as was Jack their cat. Will definitely return, maybe for a “Mud Sale” next Spring.”

“We had such a wonderful trip. The property was beautiful. We even got to feed the goats!! The accommodations are very modern and updated. We had access to the porch and an outside gazebo. I would highly recommend this house. It was a dream!! The host was so sweet, brought us homemade bread. We would love to come back someday.”

“I suppose I should lead with this is a pretty dated motel, but it's VERY clean. Like, not just OK-clean; it's evident that people are working extremely hard to keep this property as clean and upkept as possible, which isn't easy when a property is older. The care is evident. The hosts were very nice. We had a small problem after we checked in (that turned out to be nothing), and the host was at our door within a minute to check it. The towels were kind of scratchy, and the soap wasn't the best...

“This is actually a refurbished hotel and I did not feel safe staying as it was basically empty except for 2 other vehicles. We ended up booking another place as this has no one on site only a note saying "call or text" if you have any issues. Not the way to do business as a VRBO.”

“The pictures online could not show how wonderful this loft was! Every detail was amazing, from the decor, modern design, heated bathroom floors and fresh eggs in the refrigerator! The country setting was just what we needed to escape from home for a few days. Our hosts were kind and we plan to visit again.”

“Nice place for the cost. Close to Hershey attractions. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was just coffee, apple juice and cereal. We went down the road to a place called County Meadows Restaurant. Very good food with reasonable prices.”

“The motel manager was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him when we arrived at 10:40 pm at night. All he had to do was provide a working key to our room, but it took three attempts before the door would open. The next morning, he threatened that "karma" would get me. The rooms were clean but kind of smelled aged.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the house was cute. It would be good to have a second bathroom and the water pressure in the bathroom sink needs attention. It was close to Sight and Sound and all of the Amish area. Location was good.”

“I believe this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at before. Wooden floors throughout you can walk barefoot and not even feel dust under your feet. The house had so much character, it was very comfortable to stay in. The only thing I didnt realize when booking the place was the location. By the pictures it looked like it was located on a back county road but its actually located on a pretty busy road with houses all around it.
