The house had a very homey feel and was a great space to wind down at the end of the day. Great location made for easy trips to Harrisburg, Hershey, Gettysburg, and Lancaster. “What a wonderful stay. Property is gorgeous on the Juniata River. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Everything was clean and in working order. Hosts are local and give immediate response. I feel like I made friends! So many geese, and other wildlife right outside the window. I even saw eagles fishing the river for their breakfasts!! The deck overlooking the river is peaceful and serene. Delma and Zane were extremely gracious hosts, and I hope to return to visit their little...

“I chose to stay here for a conference in Hershey and turn it into a little weekend getaway with friends for my husband and kids. We loved the quiet location and the amazing view of the River. Janice and Dave were extremely helpful and available if we had any questions. They bought a new fire pit since the fire pit by the water was wet, provided fishing rods for our daughter and worms to go fishing at the nearby trout hatchery, offered a bike to my daughter and a book for bedtime. “This place is located near the Appalachian Trail. We hiked through the Cumberland Valley during our stay. The location is near Boiling Springs, a charming small town with a Appalachian Trail Conservancy office.”

“The property is surreal tucked back into the woods. The a frame is absolutely a dream. We didn’t want to leave! The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! Oil diffusers going, snacks and coffee supplies galore, choc chip cookies with a personalized message. The place was incredibly clean and tidy. Light switches were labeled. The checkin process was great and they don’t ask for too much at check out either. The spot isn’t far away from town to get groceries either. Will be staying here again!”

“This house was everything we needed and wanted and then some. Beautiful view. Very spacious house with 3 floors. Many areas in the house to have conversations whether it be private between a couple people or a large gathering to play games! The bedrooms were great sizes, and there were plenty of bathrooms that we didn’t have to “wait in a line”. Nice to have extra refrigerator space in the small kitchenette downstairs. The full kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook...
