“The cabin and location were just perfect for a weekend away from work and the daily grind. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and literally hearing nothing but nature. The cabin was very clean, to the point I need to know how the host get windows so spotless. We can honestly recommend this cabin for your stay. ”

“I LOVED this cabin! It was exactly the cabin feel I was going for on my solo mom-vacation. Instructions were simple and I had everything I needed. Perfect location, far off in the woods. The host wasn’t joking when she said you need 4WD - the dirt/gravel road is about 2 miles, with lots of steep inclines. My 4WD handled it fine, just be aware. I will absolutely be back!! “It was a beautiful, peaceful cabin, surrounded by nature. Two fawns came across the property every morning just before sunrise and hung around for almost an hour. Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. Hot showers after long hikes, a kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils and gadgets you could possibly need, and easy instructions to enjoy the amenities.I do recommend taking walking sticks if you walk the Lake Adger Trail. From the house, there are major hills covered...

We stayed 4 nights, and had to commute 12 miles to another site where we had weekend obligations, so we were not able to just sit and enjoy being in the woods. Several marked hiking trails are on the property, a couple of which begin at the cabin. Everything was clean, and we were allowed to have our little dog. The cabin is .4 miles off a paved road at the end of a dirt/gravel driveway, so it takes a few minutes to get in and out. A...
