âthis is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. â

âIt was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I donÂŽt like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. itÂŽs was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.â
âThis is a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of food and drink within walking distance. Such a great historic place to stay.
The staff was wonderful and the room was a bit small but very comfortable.â
âBooked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok â
âOverall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didnât tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. â

"Hotellet Àr lite gammalt och slitet men har allt man behöver. SÀngarna och kuddarna Àr jÀttesköna. Det finns kaffemaskin med kaffekapslar, AC, kylskÄp och mircovÄgsugn. All personal Àr trevliga. Hotellet ligger vÀldigt centralt och nÀra till allt. OmrÄdet utanför Àr en hel del hemlösa som driver omkring. Ingen har dock stört oss. "
