“Penzance är en stad som i sig inte är värt ett besök. Har inget att erbjuda en turist. Hotellet drivs av en mycket vänlig Linda och känns mer som ett B&B än ett hotell. Man gör sitt bästa men detta är ett lagomhotell om man bara är ute efter övernattning. Staden har ett mycket begränsat utbud av restauranger och de som finns stänger tidigt. Nästa gång åker vi förbi staden Penzance.”

“This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested....

“We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. “When we turned up to the property on 22nd May 2025 around 5pm, a landlady, the owner, told us that she had nothing to do with Vbro or Expedia and we had been not booked, and she told us to leave, with no further explanation. I explained that it took us 6 hours to travel from London to there, we supposed to be on a holiday and we booked the few days before, having confirmation and money had been transferred. “Great location if you are looking for a quiet spot , but close enough to the main touristy area. Beautiful beech 5 min walk. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend. ”

“Mycket bra läge nära bussar och tåg. Mycket vänlig personal. Enkelt men fullt tillräckligt rum. Vi hade tur som fick rum på nedre våningen utan trappor. Mycket bra frukost. Fin liten plantering inhängnad mot gatan. ”
