This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort.

The views from the property is magnificent. 1) Breakfast buffet selection was amazing and had a variety 2) lemonade water at the swimming pool was thoughtful 3) Internet connectivity was very good Areas to improve would be : 1) putting the QR code scanner at every table or swimming pool chair for easier accessibility for guest to order food 2) request for auto top up of lotion in the rooms during room service as we had to keep asking the hotel staff

The hotel facilities and the super friendly staff are excellent and provide everything you want/need. The room was huge and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! My only gripe is the fact there isn't enough sun lounges in the shade, especially when it's busy so we had to sit in the undercover area on chairs, so we didn't get to 'lounge around' as much as we wanted to which was a shame.

We stayed in the family suite with our 2 kids (13, 9). The room was spacious and worked well for us as a family holidaying for a week. The resort was exceptional. The facilities are new and very modern. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. The location was very central to main beach Cenang and dining options. We highly recommend staying here while in Langkawi.

Superb hotel in an excellent location right on the beach. Excellent quality of food and drinks. Very helpful and attentive staff who simply cannot do enough. Hotel is a 15 min walk to various local shops.

Beautiful hotel with family friendly facilities
Love the location of the hotel as it is on Pantai Tengah! The view is simply beautiful and the hotel itself was also beautifully decorated. We love that the hotel has many family friendly activities and even daily beach sports. The swimming pools were really nice as well. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet also, many options. The downside is that they have shortage of staff... They were still clearing the hotel rooms even at 3pm check in time. The staff were very polite and tried their best to handle the stressful situation as many people were wanting to check in. They gave my family a free drink from the bar while we waited. But I think we were only able to go into our hotel after 1.5h wait. Anyway don't let this down your spirits! Enjoy the facilities still :)

This trip is for our wedding anniversary. Not even a small note from the hotel. They only offer me few hundred dollars room decoration packages. I didn’t accept. Worst is ceiling with loud water sound through out the night. Couldn’t sleep. Don’t expect from this new hotel. Disappointed.

Staff are all friendly.. Place is clean & accommodative. Love the ambience.. the only thing for myself is the tv channel doesnt have much movie channels like eg HBO & all.. Spa quite expensive.. Swimming hours till from 8am - 8pm quite short for the end time.. toilet bathing area water keeps choking which manually i have to adjust the drainage water input & lastly the toilet bowl of only having the bidet system is quite a hassle as it would better to have the bidet spray would be much easier to use.. other than that i really had a great time staying in Park Royal!! would highly recommend anyone!! :)
