“Horrible, very dirty”

“When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. “I couldn't eat anything they offered and it's not worth the price for a broken ice machine on the 2nd floor and u have to walk down to the 1st floor to get ice so it kinda sucked”

“Guest lounge usually in use by staff, who also treat guest loading/unloading area as their private parking lot. Beds are hazardous, maid service sketchy. What's not to like?”
