“The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount”

“The first room had yellow stains on the bed. We asked for another room, and it was not clean either, so we did not stay, and actually drove home. Very disappointing, and management acts like they will not be refunding.”

“I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room then I had made.food for me.and my partner to save in good cost and couldn't even use the microwave because it was broken had no tables or chairs to sit at no coffee pot couldn't watch TV because you had to pay to watch the TV and the place had roaches and I was not able to get my money refunded as I couldn't stay there it was that unpleasant”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers.
From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression.

“I have stayed at other Sonesta locations, but this property did not appear to be ready for guests. There were areas where chunks of paint were missing or just not covered, among other things and it made the room look dirty. There was mold in the shower. The elevator smelled.
