“We prepaid through Expedia. Upon arrival used a credit card for incidentals. However, hotel charged full room rate again, plus a charge for incidentals. Hotel admitted it erroneously ran the card in error and would refund the amount. I have reached out 3 times. It has been over 3 weeks and I keep getting excuses. Still no refund. I am owed $201.52. Will not stay at this hotel again.”
