The house was conveniently located to the University of Wyoming. There was plenty of bedrooms and interior space for our large family. We appreciated the large dining table.
However, the prior complaints/review issues regarding the multiple broken windows, kitchen ceilings water damage have yet to be fixed. In the kitchen there is a towel pinned to the wall covering up exposed water pipes. The backyard was unusable, due to the large amount of tall weeds, grass and broken toys/workout equipment. The grill and propane tank were covered in old grease. The single trash can was half full upon our arrival.
We also had no water pressure at any of the sinks for approximately an hour on Friday night. We did contact the host who informed us that happens some times if someone was using the shower. No one was taking a shower at the time, just trying to wash hands before dinner.
After taking an hour to respond back to us on Friday night regarding no water pressure, the amount of mowing and cleaning of the backyard there was no way it was going to be done before our son’s 10AM graduation the following day. We did move our Graduation celebration to our son’s house due to the condition of the backyard.
