“Pros: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es hat alles super geklappt- vom Check in bis zum Check out. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.”

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

“Pros: Sehr schönes Areal, gepflegt - Wohnung - wie beschrieben - alles vorhanden Cons: Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. Auf Nachfrage: alles privat. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Gäste ausgelegt, aber es gab nur 2 Liegestühle. Ebenfalls nachgefragt: der Besitzer gestattet nur max 2 Liegestühle pro Wohnung. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, kein Schatten und das bei 34 Grad.”

“A very nice property that serves a great purpose as a base to visit the sights around, as well as not too far from the sea. The only negative is the WiFi was patchy and seemed to favour the side of the house where you spend less time, but all in all a great property for the price.”

“Pros: We hebben een week bij deze huis verblijven. Alles is zoals beschreven. Laura is echt behulpzaam en zorgt alles. Airco werkt prima.Met onze auto gingen wij naar de Toscaanse steden en stranden echt makkelijk. Cons: Wifi is traag met 3-4 apparaten. Douche ruimte is iets klein voor dikke mensen.”
