“The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. My main concern was in the event of an emergency, there was no secondary exit as the...
