Un servicio excelente, Stefano muy pendiente de todo, la comunicación excelente, Darling nos dio un servicio súper especial,siempre amable y rápido con nuestras necesidades, lo mismo La niña de la limpieza. Definitivamente un sitio para alojarse, cerca a la playita, lugar seguro y muy tranquilo, muy limpio. Nos encantó el servicio y el sitio. Gracias Stefano, Darling y Luis.

Es un lugar muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo, definitivamente el mejor lugar para descansar y relajarse, la playa esta muy cerca, la piscina es una delicia y las atenciones de Stefano y Luis son de primeras. La pasamos muy bien, esperamos regresar pronto.

Es muy tranquilo y bonito el lugar pero el room service es un desastre. No cambian sabanas ni toallas.No hay jabon y el papel sanitario es un rollo y mas nada.

This place is awesome! Beautiful buildings, great pool, great comunication with the administration, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Las Galeras (La Playita). We like it so much that we extended our stay with two more days :-)

This place is awesome! Beautiful buildings, great pool, great comunication with the administration, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Las Galeras (La Playita) and far and still close from the town so the place is very quiet and easy to reach other places for food, etc.

Premier bonjour une demande obligatoire de caution en liquide dollar ou euro,? Ensuite constatation que le mitigeur de douche ne fonctionne pas;la direction me réponds qu il interviendront le lendemain.Donc pas de douche apres la plage…. Ensuite batterie de cuisine une poele pour cuire un œuf pas plus et un casserole Tefal sans teflon de 0.75 cl;le lendemain il nous ont apporté du materiel neuf. ..Pas non plus de table de salon .par contre un grand lit bébé dans la chambre (retraités);BREF UN HOTEL A NE PAS FREQUENTER

Egregio Jacques, grazie per la sua su visita e per il suo commento che teniamo in grande considerazione. Ci spiace che non abbia potuto apprezzare adeguatamente la struttura, la piscina di nuova costruzione, la tranquillità dell’area e soprattutto la bellissima spiaggia. Con relazione alla sua nota ci preme ricordarle che abbiamo avuto la segnalazione da parte del problema della doccia intorno alle 8 di sera: abbiamo immediatamente mandato una persona a verificare e ci siamo resi conto che era necessario cambiare una parte della stessa. Purtroppo a quell'ora i negozi di ferramenta sono chiusi. Il giorno successivo di prima mattina abbiamo comprato il pezzo, l'abbiamo sostituto immediatamente, ripristinando il funzionamento della doccia. La stessa mattina abbiamo ricevuto la sua richiesta di avare altre pentolone ed immediatamente le abbiamo fornito quanto da Lei richiesto Quindi per quanto apprezziamo il suo commento ci sembra che il giudizio sulla struttura sia quanto meno esagerato: abbiamo degli apparentamenti con delle bellissime caratteristiche, riconosciute praticamente da tutti i nostri i clienti ed abbiamo risposto alle sue richieste in maniera tempestiva. La ringraziamo di nuovo e comunque speriamo sempre di poterla ricevere nuovamente Sarà un piacere.

Stefano is super open and thoughtful. Yulissa also is very caring. The apartment is comfortable and has a great price. The beach next to it is beautiful.

Muy bueno. buena ubicación, tranquilo y cerca de hermosa playa. Lo recomiendo. Solo un detalle, me hubiera gustado que especificaran de antemano que el uso de aire acondicionado tiene un costo adicional.

Me alegro mucho que le haya gustado el lugar, la tranquilidad y la cercanía de la hermosa playa, La Playita. Efectivamente alquilamos apartamentos con aire acondicionado y apartamentos sin este servicio. De estas formas podemos ofrecer alojamiento a un precio más conveniente y el cliente siempre tiene la opción de utilizar el aire si lo requiera. De todos modos, en la página de las reservas está indicado que el aire tiene un costo adicional de 10 dólares por noche.

il faut imperativement demander l’etage, au rez de chaussée pas du tout pareil. En plus nous avions la chambre ou tout le monde passait pour rentrer chez lui, decharger/charger la voiture juste devant nous.. pas top, or que nous avions demandé une chambre non bruyante. Environnement sympa.

We had a lovely time here. There is a new manager, called Stefano, who is very helpful and pleasant. The housekeeper, Yulisse, is also very nice and helpful. All in all, the best accommodation we had in our 3-centre holiday in DR. It was clean, and nicely decorated, there were flowers on the table, purified water supplied. It is a lovely, short walk to the beautiful beach. WOW! Would recommend it highly. Really enjoyed the local pelicans too!!

Clean, beautiful property surrounded by lush garden just a very short walk to a gorgeous beach, La Playita. The property manager and onsite staff were extremely warm and welcoming and communications were quick and easy. I highly recommend this location and hope to return some day.

Hans was very nice and helpfull. Both before and during our stay. Pointing towards a good bakery with excellent bread/croissants.. wifi was not the best indoor. Old buildings and used furniture. Beds could be replaced by new ones, but bathroom was surprisingly clean / maybe newly renovated? Mosquito nets available - great. Awesome beach nearby - 10min walk. Really nice. Quiet area among a lot of nice rental houses and other summerhouse style buildings.
