Casa Mia - Large Luxury Villa with private pool and 4 min walk to beach

Casa Mia is approx 4300 soft or 430 square meters with 5/5 bedrooms and bathrooms. In total we have seating for 50 people, custom made furniture, 55 inch HDTV setup for streaming with Roku and a Bluetooth speaker to bring the party but ONLY to 11pm. In a private setting.

Style
The villa is a Traditional Dominican House with Modern touches to provide a luxury experience.

Main Villa Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, a desk, and two huge wardrobes for clothing and storage. French doors can be locked or unlocked to open to the second bedroom that has two twin beds. This feature was designed for families with children.

Twin Bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a private entrance by the main villa patio. The private bathroom is located in the main villa near the kitchen and not in the room. The bedroom has custom solid wood french doors that can open to the master bedroom or remain private.

Casita's

Casita 1 has a queen bed with a private bath, a small desk, and two very large closets and custom made french doors that open to a private patio with two chairs. Great to watch the kids run in the yard or read away from the action.

Casita 2 has a queen bed with a private bath, a small desk, and two very large closets and custom made french doors that open to a private patio with two chairs. Great to read, relax and enjoy

Casita 3 has a queen bed with a private bath, two massive closets and a very large shower. The from door opens to an 800 sqft covered patio with sofa & chairs to relax and tables & chairs for game play. Inside there are two locked doors for the laundry room that are accessed by the staff from the back of the building and one locked door with an extra half bath (available upon request during booking).

Main Villa Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, cook top with 6 burners and refrigerator / freezer in December 2022. Kitchen includes post, pans dinnerware, cutlery, glasses coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, and microwave. Shutters open outward to provide great views of the pool and the main vill patio and enables the kitchen to be easily assessable for outside dining and food service. The cabinets and window system was replaced in December 2022.

Main Villa Living Room and Seating
Off the kitchen there is a custom table that was designed as a sand box. The table has a glass top and underneath you can see the sand and sea shells (please do not lift the glass). The table has 6 chairs. Behind the table is a custom made sofa that faces the wall unit which houses the 55 inch HDTV. Between the kitchen and the living room area you can sit 10 people.

Main Villa Patio
You can spread out and entertain!! The main villa patio has a custom made table with alive edge that sits 10 people, 4 bars stools that open to the kitchen windows, a custom made log sofa that sits 5 with a custom made table that is made from fallen trees, a custom made log sofa that is 10 feet long and over looks the yard.

Main Villa Pool Deck
The pool deck links the main villa to Casita 1 & 2 and is made of Brazilian hardwood wood and has 4 lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. The deck is level with the main villa and has three access points. Access one is where we have an outdoor shower surrounded by trees, Access two allows you to walk into the yard and access three takes you to Casita 3 or the driveway.

Pool
The pool is located between Casita 1& 2 and the Main Villa - The Pool is a large pool with steps to walk into the pool and perfect to cool off and relax while enjoying life in the Dominican

Parking
The Villa has parking for 4-5 cars

Security
Casa Mia or as we say Bliss by the beach is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. The security is at the guardhouse and walking the development 24/7

Wifi
The villa includes high speed wifi and the password will be provided at check in by the property manager

Property Manager
Local support is critical to assure your stay. Our Property managers Charlie and Cecile have their office at the security gate plus live right outside the Los Nomadas and are available to assure your stay is PERFECT.

Cleaning
Luxury Villa experience includes daily service. This service includes cleaning the house, making your bed, doing your laundry cleaning the dishes and the kitchen. Extra charge service includes cooking breakfast if you provide food.

Services:
The Property manager can help arrange for an added cost that you would pay direct in cash includes private chef, excellent local cook, masseuses that come to the villa, tours to waterfalls, recommendations for local dinners, car rentals, birthday cakes and any other reasonable request. The most popular service is for transportation to and from the airport. We can provide you a contact of a driver to pick you up and return you to the airport.

Guest Access
The neighbourhood has 24/7 security at the entrance and they will know of your arrival. Our Property manager Cecile will meet you and provide you the keys and tour the Villa.

Getting to the Villa
Flying into the Dominican Republic
Santa Domingo Airport code SDQ - This is our first choice and we rent a car and drive 2 hours to the villa. The roads are paved and no issues. Need 1000 pesos for tolls and the speed limit ranges from 50 km per hour to 80 km per hour. It is an easy drive. Gas stations on the way include Texaco which is about half way plus you can get food, coffee and clean bathrooms
Samana El Casey Airport code is AZS and is 20 minutes from the villa plus the most convenient airport. Taxi or rental car can be arranged.
Puna Cana Airport code PUJ - This is a 4 hour drive on highways and tolls of 2000 pesos. We took this flight once and the drive is smooth but long. The cost of the flights certain times of the year are extremely inexpensive.
Driving - Just enter into maps Los Nomadas Residences, Las Terranas

Electric:
When you arrive the Property manage will read the electric meter and at the end of your stay you will be charged for the electric consumed. The AC units in each room are the major charge. The listing has a $300 charge that is credited to the electric usage amount. If over then you will be asked to pay the difference.
