“Nice and beautiful hotel located at the beach. My room had a balcony towards the beach and it was very clean and silent. The personel was very helpful, especially the receptionist. She helped me several times, even with more complex issues like booking a flight ticket online. Good value for the money, I highly recommend this hotel!”

“The staff was excellent.. the rooms were clean . Seems that the management is disconnected from the hotel, and throw every problem to the staff. The hot water issue and the breakfast which wasn t great.. it should be the management / owners responsible to actually fix the proble and not just collect the money. But lovely staff and very helpful”

“We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. “Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Puerto Villamil gibt einem ein herrliches Urlaubs-Feeling! Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück gibt es zwar auf einer schönen Terrasse, die Qualität ist leider nicht besonders gut.”

“Nice little hotel. Great breakfast. Although the room they had me in on the ground floor was right next to the check in office and/or break room. I could hear all conversations taking place on the ground floor (sometimes at 5 in the morning). Service was good when they were there but often not around. Through the front desk, I ordered a taxi to the pier. The taxi never showed and the front desk was just missing when I sought help so a maid helped me order another one. I expected better service...

“Breakfast was delicious (fruit, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, juice). The owners were very friendly and accommodating (we checked in a bit early and they let us go in since the room was ready). Location is wonderful since it is a walking distance from great restaurants, bakery and downtown. All great!”
