The host was very welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful. The place was spotlessly, clean, well appointed, very comfortable, quiet, and close to everything in “downtown“ Boulder city. I spent three nights here and would certainly stay here again if I have the opportunity to be in this town.

Super cute and clean.

Grace was a wonderful welcoming committee explained everything in a matter of minutes. Cool surfing stuff hanging on the walls. I felt like buying a surfboard when I left. Impeccable grounds, clean, clean, clean and a swimming pool!

Gem!

When needing a reasonable room rate when arriving at midnight, due to a late flight, we stumbled across this Gem! The hostess was very communicative which made our stay on her property, behind her home, even more comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a night or so for two people. The place was clean, the bed comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, which is always nice after a day of travel. Highly recommed if needing a place outside Vegas.

This is a must place to stay near the Hoover Dam. Close to so many hiking trails and the downtown area is within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Time at Boulder City

We really enjoyed staying at this property even though we were there for a few hours. The property was well maintained, the manager was helpful and friendly. The property was near the Hoover Dam. At night, there was no noise and we slept comfortably.

Perfect little get away house

This room had everything I needed for a quiet resting place while I was in town for a wedding. Excellent location -- just a quick walk to the cutest street in Boulder City. My only feedback would be to let guests know how to turn off the outside lights at night, or put them on a timer, as it was a bit bright for me.

Excellent location and host!

Grace was a pleasure to work with and was very welcoming to my best friend and me. The house is close enough to the main street in Boulder City that we could walk to many of the local shops and restaurants. The home was clean and quiet, which was exactly what we two mommas were looking for on our trip. Highly recommend the host, house, and town!

Passing through

We loved our one night stay in Boulder City. The suite was just a short walk to a cute downtown area with restaurants, cafés and shops. The Hoover Dam is also a short drive away. We came from a vacation in northern Arizona and needed a spot close to the Las Vegas airport. It was less than a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
