Comfort and Convenience

The condo was perfect for our stay during March Madness! The bed was comfortable and we had wonderful access to the fitness center and Uber pickup. We really enjoyed the tub after walking the strip and the kitchenette was stocked with all of the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip

The instructions upon booking was very detailed and helpful. I have stayed at this property many times so was familiar with the process and set up but this visit was perfect. Unit was clean and comfortable. The large sectional was great after a long day. Also had a toaster & blender. Will definitely stay again.

Just as advertised

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Joe and Deb were excellent hosts and communicated through the rental as needed, making us feel welcome. The property was clean, well maintained and organized. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the sunset side, and was a close walk to everything. I will be looking to rent this property again.

Best place to stay

The description of the room was accurate! The owners are very responsible and polite! Check in process and directions were exact, valet was superior, bed was super comfortable and water pressure was good! The view was amazing. The room was clean, it has everything you need including a small stove top. .. I would stay here again

Nice!

We had a lovely stay, everything was pretty accurate, we did not have use of the free wifi the entire week and our tower's pool was also closed entire time, other than that, we liked our building, the location and our lyft accessibility.

Clean, Convenient, Spectacular Views

Absolutely amazing! It was just my husband and I and we were amazed on how nice and clean the property was. The view was priceless. No issues, everything worked. We couldn't believe how big the condo was. Lots of room and storage. Comfy bed. Condo tastefully decorated. Easy check in process. Much prefer this over staying at a hotel in Vegas. The host was very responsive to my questions as well.

Fantastic Stay! Wonderful Suite!

The suite was wonderful, clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, and great location. Beautiful view off suites large balcony. Everything we needed for a great stay was in the suite. Easy check in and out, no line ups. Easy access to pools of Signature Suites and MGM GRAND, also many restaurants, and casino, monorail all right there. Indoor air conditioned walkway connecting Signature Suites to MGM GRAND and to the other towers. Easy walk through MGM GRAND and out the front doors to the strip. CVS, ABC store and Walgreens just a short walk outside MGM GRAND front doors to the strip. Joe and Debora very friendly and helpful owners. Would rent here again and recommend to all.

Best view ever!

Between the jacuzzi tub in my room and the view from the balcony at nigh on the 31st floor, the most amazing bed, and easy access to MGM Casino ammentities, I will be returning for sure. It was a perfect experience! Love the lazy river pool!!!!

MGM Conference Stay

Check in was very easy and we were still able to set up incidentals to "bill to our room" through the MGM signature desk. Owner provided a couple small shampoos/conditioner/soap that was appreciated. No housekeeping automatically during the stay but we were left plenty of towels, dishsoap and a sponge, etc so stocked well for this. Loved having a kitchenette while in Vegas!

Find a better VRBO option in Las Vegas

Great location. AC worked well. Plenty of water from the shower and Not well cleaned, dust balls and hair in corners. The sinks were slow to drain. The mattress was noisy and a poor quality. Our consensus was a mattress quality no better than a stiff, noisy, spring coiled pull-out mattress. A used band-aid in a corner of the molding shower. I'd not return.
