This big beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the middle of all the action in the center of the Las Vegas Strip. Located right next to the Bellagio fountains, attached to the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and across from the Paris, Aria, & Planet Hollywood you will have the most perfect location you can find in the Strip.
Enjoy two pools - Including the Chelsea pool at the Cosmopolitan Hotel-, hot tubs, 24hr gym, concierge and other premium amenities.
The space
The suite has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, walk-in closets and 2 full bathrooms.
In the building you have direct access to the Cosmopolitan hotel through a designated elevator, on site concierge service, mini-market/gift shop, US$5 valet service, fitness room, access to the Cosmopolitan Chelsea pool and fitness enter.
The condo has an amazing direct view of the Bellagio fountain and the Strip. The view varies based on which suite the resorts gives you upon check in. We will do our best to accommodate fountain and the Strip view but this is not guaranteed.
The complex includes a 24-hour gym, pools, and sauna. There is a ping pong table and BBQ grills next to the pool. There is a mini-market/gift shop downstairs. Laundry facilities on site. Local calls and internet access. Weekly social activities. The Winner Circle (located in the lobby) has a complimentary lending library for games, DVDs, books, and magazines, and offers coffee and popcorn.
