“Property was fine, nice and cool and very well situated. 66 steps up to the apartment was challenging and we are fit and able. Lugging suitcases was a challenge , and also at the end of a very hot day out sightseeing doing the stairs was difficult . We loved the central location … it was perfect! Instructions to open apartment door were complicated. We had a great stay and appreciated the bottle of Chianti from our host, Martina, who allowed us a later checkout. Grazie!”

“Fantastic! We would definitely recommend this location. The apartment had everything we needed and it was so clean and modern with touches of tuscany. A small place that had very good use of space that made it feel larger. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we wanted to visit and more. We were so close to the river for amazing sunsets, restaurants everywhere and the piazza had some wonderful music every night. ”

“Great place. Downside is that you need to take a bus to and from central Florence unless you really enjoy long walks. We arrived after darkness had set in (late November) and struggled a bit finding our cabin in the dark. It was however super clean and tidy and well maintained.
