“Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! ”

“Could have been great. The good ----location, perfect for a weekend stay, parking and reasonable price. Dropped rating for multiple reasons. Dusty and dirty. The amount of dead bugs in the window sills, scum ring in the toilet, stains on the pillow cases, grease steaked across the on the stove suggest this has not been clean some time or cleaned very poorly. Whoever they are pay to do cleaning should be fired. Add the fact we lost water (can't flush toilet or take a shower) both Saturday...

“This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

“Clean house, room for the 12 of us. Kids loved fishing in the pond close by. Had what we needed besides a few little things- no cheese grater or pizza cutter. Pictures didn’t show the fridge in the kitchenette downstairs, so that was a nice surprise. Also not listed was a fold out bed, which helped us out quite a bit. Would stay again for sure!”
