Nous étions dans une grande chambre rénovée avec goût, avec vue sur la campagne, avec sa petite chambre d'enfant attenante, pour notre petite fille . Sophie est une hotesse prévenante, qui sait mettre a l'aise ses hôtes en leur accordant sa confiance. Petit déjeuner copieux dans une jolie véranda. “We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants. In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer). The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure...

"Perfect location, close to the main attraction of carcassone. The hotel is lovely. Nice, small, cozy and comfortable. Free parking nearby. Nice restaurants just outside the hotel. Definitely recommend this place. "
