“When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted a room on the ground floor or upstairs. We told the front office staff, ground floor. He then stated 2nd floor, we said no ground floor, but then told us the rooms are better on the top floor so he placed us on floor 2 anyway. “We booked through Expedia. No room number or access code was forwarded. A worker leaving for the day helped us. The room was clean and nice. This hotel does not have an attendant or office. This was inconvenient. Other patrons had a party until 1 am. They stopped after we insisted. Other than that. It was a nice overnight place to stay.”
