“We enjoyed ten wonderful days in Laveno in August 2025. The building greets you with a spotless, well-maintained staircase and a convenient elevator. Parking was never an issue, with spaces available right in front of the house. “Prima appartement met heerlijk balkon. In centrum, dus dicht bij voorzieningen, maar met name in het weekend erg veel lawaai. Jammer dat de communicatie met de verhuurder wat stroef verliep.”

“Photos flatteuses ne reflĂ©tant pas la rĂ©alitĂ©. Il y a effet un balcon, mais il donne sur une cour.Le canapĂ© est trĂšs inconfortable, nous avons dĂ» mettre le matelas parterre... douche sale.Pas de torchons, juste un morceau de tissu... une seule casserole, toute petite, pas de bols pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner....Aucune consigne sur les ordures, nous avons dĂ» demander aux voisins, ni pour rendre les clĂ©s. Certaines personnes les ont tout simplement dĂ©posĂ©es dans le placard donnant sur la rue, ouvert...

“The location is top! An amazing view on the bay of Laveno. Walking distance to the center of Laveno and even closer to some very nice restaurants at the lake side. The appartment is spacious, quiet and clean with a nice kitchen and a wonderfull terrace. There is an airco which is a must during the summer. Our host Fabio was very nice and helpfull in his online communication. Because everything was so nice we already booked for this autumn to return to Laveno”

“We stayed here for a week whilst touring lake Maggiore. Great location as ferry and train station literally 3 mins walk. Great supermarket around the corner. But the piece de resistance is the terrace. Big dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Paola and her husband are super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks ”
