“We really enjoyed our stay at Oak Lodge. Judi, was a great host and made sure our stay truly felt like vacation. Communication was great. The Oak Lodge is a special place, rich with history and charm. Very convenient location when visiting local distilleries. We would definitely book again. ”

“The property itself is gorgeous and a great place to spend the day with family. To stay overnight, I wouldn’t say it’s the most family friendly. We were in a 2 room suite with a steep staircase in the middle of the room. The One room with a twin bed didn’t have a door, so we ended up having to have all of us in one room to ensure our toddler didn’t run out and down the steep staircase at night. The homes are older and don’t do much to help with noise, sorry to guests below. Surprised how well...

“Hotel was close to the event we were supposed to to attend but got rained out. How ever, price seemed high compared to what was offered with the hotel. Bathroom was extremely small. Secured door did not lock from coming from the outside of the hotel. Breakfast was ok.”

“On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!”
