“The place was very nice with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We were somewhat surprised that the only entry was from the garage level. It was nice to have the stair lift but then we had to go up another flight of steps to get to the bedrooms. We had a few ladies that have trouble walking and we weren’t prepared for this. It might be helpful to annotate this on VRBO. Thank you.”

“We were in town visiting family and found this home to be the perfect location and size. Great location to historic downtown and to Cincinnati. The house is spacious and clean. Also nicely decorated. We weren’t sure of the check out expectations, but we cleaned up appropriately just like at any other rental. A suggestion would be to leave detailed instructions at the home. “We definitely enjoyed the location of the property. It was close to everything without being right in the middle of town. The yard was nice size and a great addition to the house. The yard had a swing set and fire pit that my kids thought was the greatest. They also have a ping pong table in the basement with a couple kids toys. The house was definitely nice and well worth the stay, host is also very responsive to messages.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was comfy, the place was nice, and the furniture comfortable. The location is nice, and the neighborhood quiet. There were a couple issues that could be improved, though. We arrived after dark, and the address sign hangs with the porch light behind it. We could not read the address until we were in the driveway because of the backlighting, so we weren't sure we were at the right place at first. Our GPS said we had arrived several houses before our address....

“This property is beautifully decorated with a large yard and deck overlooking the property. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Adam was very responsive to messages, and the house is convenient to many downtown Cincinnati attractions and the village of Northside that has lots of great shops and restaurants. The driveway up to the house is very steep, so expect to need 4WD in winter weather, but there is adequate parking for 2-3 cars once you reach the top.”
