“Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things.
We found the following:
⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it.
⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it
⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge
⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed
⁃ Bathrooms dirty
⁃ Some trash in trash can
⁃ Dirty toilet

“Beautiful small townhome, we tried to communicate for check in information. Nothing was emailed to us until around noon the day of check-in. We had emailed earlier on the day and it took a few hours to respond. Entrance os on the front bit you can’t park there you have to park around the building in a small incline not sit able for an older person or a person with difficulty walking. Place was lovely and clean, quiet area.”

“We travel for work, so we stay in mid term rentals about 90% of the year. I give pros and cons honestly :)Pros:Kimone is an EXCELLENT host. Her communication is quick & responsive. The bed may be the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in as we travel. Alot of comfortable linens and pillows are provided. Very friendly neighbors.The patio is relaxing and provided nice shade. “ Usually when I stay at VRBOs, I get a little irritated that the pictures unfairly represent the property. But this truly was exactly as pictured! I also loved that this property felt new and clean.There were a lot of little nice touches that gave you some of the advantages of a hotel. There was coffee and creamer and shampoo and conditioner and olive oil, etc. It was a very easy stay and I would definitely book again!”
