“We loved this property. This was the perfect couple's weekend getaway. We kayaked on the lake and enjoyed the beach by the doc. The bed was super soft and comfy. It was clean and well kept. I can't wait to stay here again. ”

The owners (Gerry and Liz) go the extra mile providing tons of extras - kayaks, paddle board, beach towels, corn hole boards, 3 hole putting green and many other fun things. “Our family gathered at the Sweet Lake House for a reunion and we had a great time. The house was comfortable and clean. Attention to detail was apparent with a well equipped kitchen, decorations, and furnishings. There was plenty of living space both inside and out. With five young children, our time was mostly spent by the water. The deck by the water was a perfect spot to gather with ample furniture and partial to full shade most of the day. “The house was very very nice. If You are looking to stay close to a lake that you can walk in, this wouldn’t work. I’m not complaining they are in the process of remodeling but there were things that didn’t work properly. Ants didn’t bother me but they were there in the kitchen. The washer/dryer didn’t work. The price is excellent. But there needs to be repairs and an updated explanation of what is there. I would stay again but I just expected something different when I stayed recently.”
